PayPal and cash on delivery are the only accepted modes of payment. Unfortunately, personal or company cheques cannot be accepted.

What are packing and postage charges?
All the products you buy from JML will be delivered to addresses within Singapore only. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you within 3-5 working days. To make the next day delivery option you need to place your order before 12 pm. Products are sent through a nominated courier service and your signature is required as a proof of delivery. You also get an order number, which lets you track the delivery in case it doesn’t arrive on time. You can also contact us for parcel details.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, you will be given a collection slip by the nominated courier. If you don’t receive your delivery within 14 days, you are advised to contact our customer service department immediately. You will be charged for the courier service based on the weight of your delivery. Free shipping is available for check out value of SGD $200.
Delivery charges for your orders are as follows; for deliveries from 0 to 500g, you pay $4.90 while for 501 to 1000g, you pay $7.90. Delivery charge is $9.90 for packages between 1001 to 2500g while for orders weighing more than 2500g you pay postage of $16.90.
If the check out value of your order is more than SGD $200, you get free shipping.
Can orders be cancelled and if so, how can one do that?
You can call the customer service desk at +65 383 2116. JML Singapore Pte ltd holds the right to refund you on the price of products based on your mode of payment, even if the sales order has been confirmed and payment has been made, in lieu of supply of these products within a working day.
What’s the procedure to follow if one receives damaged or incomplete products?
In case you receive incomplete or defected products or goods that are damaged in transit, shown to be defective for no fault of yours, you will be eligible for a replacement or an exchange. In such instances, JML Singapore Pte Ltd will take care of the delivery charges for items sent to you for the exchange.

Who has to bear the delivery costs for items that are sent back to the buyer?
JML Singapore Pte Ltd will take care of the delivery costs for exchanged items that are sent to the purchaser, however only within Singapore.
In case you want to request for a return or exchange for items that have to be delivered at your home, you need to give your postal address and other necessary information by either emailing or through Contact Us.
What are the circumstances where one can get exchange for replacement and what is the information that will be needed?
It you are not satisfied with the product you have bought for some reason or it malfunctions within a period of one year according to our warranty specifications; you are eligible for an exchange.
The products have to be returned to JML Singapore Pte ltd for requests of exchange to be entertained.

What is your refunds policy and how can one get a refund?
Refunds can be asked for within 14 days of making the payment. You will need to return the unassembled product with all the packaging, manual, accessories, packing materials and gifts that have come with the product. You will also need to send the proof of return or receipt to be eligible for full refund. You will get your refund in the same mode of payment as the original payment. During the refund process the original credit card used for transaction is necessary.
