  1. Had high hopes for this device and was disappointed. The Nano gave wrong locations on many occasions – even with good to excellent signal quality. Device gave wrong location of tracked vehicle – I went and physically checked several occasions. I also called store managers with receipts in my hand with a time stamp on them – the Nano info was WRONG. Called the vendor and they always had an excuse. If you want to ruin your marriage just accuse her several times of being somewhere she definitely didn’t go.

  2. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Spark-Nano GPS Tracker 2.0 | Real Time Tracking by Brickhouse Security
This is the worst product for tracking. Brickhouse customer service is non-existent. They just keep saying what the product does and have no idea what you are talking about and don’t know how to help you. It is NOT accurate at all like they tell you. It runs on Mozilla Firefox and uses T-Mobile service. If you do not live in an area covered 100% by T-Mobile, you will have no tracking whatsoever. Sometimes it won’t track for hours and hours. Other times it only shows you the tracking every 3 to 25 minutes apart. We tested it several times thinking we were doing something wrong by having one person drive the vehicle, while the other monitored it on their laptop. We stood right there and watched the vehicle drive right past us and back and park before the tracker gave us a location that was actually the point from where we started. We waited another full 25 minutes and watched it finally track the vehicle to where we had parked it 25 minutes before. And the 6-mos battery pack makes the product even harder to track. The ping cannot penetrate the plastic box that you put it in. If you try to check your report too early in the morning, it can take up to several hours before it even displays. If you want this product to track your child, as the video shows, your child could be long gone for several hours before you even are notified. There are way too many “empty spots” for it to track accurately. And finally, there are no returns or refunds for this product. That should have been a red flag to me. Obviously the company knows the product is crap or they would offer at least a limited return/refund option. Please please please do not waste your money on this product.

Buying this Spark Nano 3.0 GPS Tracker was a HUGE mistake. I recently purchased the Spark Nano 3.0 and the magnetic case. Upon receiving the device I followed the instructions to a T. This device has yet to provide accurate information. It stops tracking way before you get to stopping point. Never even tracks some trip and has yet to track a stopping point. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Have been told NO REFUND on tracking devices. If these devices were what the company claims, then they would offer returns within a reasonable time limit. I’ve had this device for 1 week and I’m a very disappointed customer with the device and their customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE!

  4. This is a scam to the fullest. I did everything perfectly and accurately as it told in the manual. On the first day on my dashboard it recorded okay. Stating that I was on a road that I actually was on but was off by several hundred yards. Thus saying that I was at a house when I was actually at several houses down the road. The next day it quit tracking after only 1:23 minutes in. I waited and kept refreshing the screen and even reset all of my settings just to make sure that nothing had been entered incorrectly. After the hour and 23 minutes that it had stopped tracking, it miraculously reported again but only for about 8 minutes. Then it quit tracking again. It has now been over 4 hours since it has tracked anything. Plus it will not let you reset your tracking hours anywhere. Once they are set, they are set for life. Everything is now greyed out and unable to be accessed. This was supposed to be real time tracking but I am now wondering who’s real time it is actually tracking. It certainly isn’t mine.

  5. I was looking for a GPS tracker which provides optimum performance and came across the new Spark Nano 3.0 GPS Tracker. The features were quite interesting and thus out of curiosity I visited the internet to look for some reviews by people using the product currently. I searched exactly “Spark Nano 3.0 GPS Tracker Reviews” on the search engine and to my joy was presented with many review links. But sooner I realized that most of the links on the page were a kind of some scam. I could say it by the way reviews were written in positive light and even providing options of purchasing the product right away from the review page. Finally after looking around I found this website and I feel relieved that there is one website which provides genuine user reviews unlike the other sites. Thanks a lot for keeping it honest and real.

    • Products like Spark Nano 3.0 GPS Tracker and many more are subjected to online sales by manufacturers or affiliates directly associated with the purchase order of products. The websites mentioned as fake are actually sponsored sites which contain all fake information even for a bad product to fool people into purchasing it. Sadly search engines cannot judge a site fake or real on its own and thus get exploited. Hope the genuine reviews on this site were helpful to judge and decide on the product.

  6. Don’t fall for PAID reviews | October 13, 2012 at 7:57 am | Reply

On the face of it, this seems like a smart and savvy product for today’s users. However if one thing our past experiences have taught us, it’s that you just don’t trust the commercials about products. You cannot make impulsive purchases especially when you are spending good amounts of money on them. So I began in the right earnest by using Spark Nano 3.0 GPS Tracker as my keyword for review sites online. Although many review sites came up in my search, one after the other they seemed to be completely useless. They just didn’t have any genuine information about the product, which made going through them completely pointless. They had sales pitches about the product, which I had already heard from several sources. On the contrary, your site had all the vital information about the product, which is what one expects from review sites.

We agree with that whole heartedly. However that’s not the case with many of these fake review sites today and they are mushrooming all over the Internet. Search engines actually had the power to nip this problem in the bud but because they couldn’t tell the difference between fake and genuine review sites, the nuisance has continued. It’s a win-win situation for affiliate marketers and manufacturers, while genuine buyers are at the losing end. But it’s not too late and search engines can make the difference by punishing these fake sites.

  7. Even in LA, this unit has rarely been accurate. Far from it; regularly reporting final destinations blocks from where I parked the car. It uses ATT so therein lies the rub. ATT coverage in LA is PATHETIC.

  8. THE UNIT IS A RIP OFF . FALSE REPORTING

Buying this product was a $229 mistake. I recently purchased the Spark Nano 3.0 and the magnetic case. Upon receiving the device I followed the instructions to the letter (i.e. charging for at least 6 hours, taking the device for a drive in full view of the sky for 20-30 minutes). The first night I took it out and drove with it on the dashboard of my car it was fine. It tracked my whereabouts pretty accurately. The next day however I placed it in the magnetic case and attached it to the undercarriage of my car in one of the zones outlined in the user manual but it would not accurately track. It finished my trip more than a two miles from my final destination. I tried it again, this time in full view of the sky ON THE DASHBOARD, but once again, it stopped tracking more than a mile from my final stop. After contacting Brickhouse Security I was told that the tracker updates every five minutes and if I stop before it updates it goes into automatic standby mode. I was then told that if I changed the settings to update more frequently, the tracker would be more accurate. NOT! The settings were changed to update every three minutes, but once again, the tracker stopped registering my whereabouts a mile away from my final destination. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS DEVICE AS IT DOES NOT WORK IN THE MANNER ADVERTISED NEITHER IS THE COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM HELPFUL IN RESOLVING ISSUES SURROUNDING THIS ITEM. Save yourself two hundred bucks and use it to rent a car if you’re trying to covertly track someone.

  10. Did anyone buy Spark Nano 3.0 GPS Tracker, any testimonials?

    • The unit & the staff are a joke. Had not I used this unit in my car for a few days. I would be divorced already. The unit will be at a shopping mall for 2 hours , but shows its at a house 2 miles away. Had I not been driving the car I would have thought for sure I was being cheated on. I was going to order other products from brickhouse but after this false advertizement of the spark nano 3. I think I will save my money. All I want to know is where my car is. I guess to brickhouse a mile or two is close enough. The worst reporting was when the unit reported 2 miles across the interstate from the mall. The car did not even go down the roads to the house it showed the car setting at. It was reporting thru the woods I guess. Twice it showed the car spending the night at someone eles house. It was in my carport more than five min. away from where it reported. My unit is set to 1 min. Plan and simple the unit DOES NOT WORK AS AD. SAYS
