The portable heaters are the fastest and easiest method for keeping you warm.  The portable heaters transportable design and cost-efficient engineering ensures you get the right amount of warmth, wherever you are.

How does RedCore Infrared Heater work?
RedCore heats up to 1000sq ft, keeping the cold zones warm and saving you money by reducing up to 50 per cent off on your heating bills. It uses advanced infrared heating technology which is the safest and most therapeutic form of warmth.

It works in a 2-step system, where first, it generates infra red heat just like the sun, which penetrates objects in the room with soothing warmth that warms you. Then the built-in humidifier keeps the air in the room moist which makes the air perfect for conducting heat. Humid air retains heat better than dry air that means you feel warm longer.

This 2-step system of RedCore doesn’t dry out your home. It is the only heater with a built-in humidifier and has a PTC Ceramic heating element that lasts for 80,000hours, which is four times longer than others! RedCore is safe to touch making it safe for children and pets. It has a digital thermostat and you also get a remote control.

They are stylish too with beautiful finishes including Black, Walnut and Oak! Give your furnace a break with the amazing RedCore!

  1. My unit quit working after 2 weeks and is displaying EE on the display panel. Do any of you guys know the tech support number that actually gets answered?

  2. My Red Core Silver mod # 15202 gave up completely with little use after 14 months. It will not power up at all. Many requests to red core for information go unanswered.

  3. I’m not sure what they mean by up to 1000sf, but I guess 400 sf is up to. My R-4 struggles to keep my under 400sf apt @ 74 degrees when set @ 78. The air-filter takes a day to dry when cleaned. Use of the unit without filter is not recommended and probably voids the warranty. The humidifier vapor falls to floor about 2 feet from the unit, not increasing the air humidity anything significant. I paid $199 for this Concept R-4 at a local discount grocer 10 weeks ago and hope to get $50 for it on Craigslist.

  4. Recently, my R-2 developed a situation where the unit will stop working and start beeping the middle of the night. I turned it off on the console, but several hours later it started beeping again, so I unplugged it from the wall. I cannot find any information in the manual to explain the beeping.

This is the second R-2 unit I have had. The fan failed on the first one. They replace the unit after I paid the shipping. It took over a month and a half to get a replacement. I’ve had this new one for just over a month and now the fan sounds like crickets chirping when on the “Low” setting. This was same sound my first one made before it quite all together.

Are there fan problems on these units?
    What does the beeping indicate?
