  1. YRG does work, but I don’t know if it delivers what it promises, simply because I’ve never looked at the promises. I started YRG yoga several years ago, but had to stop when I had both knees replaced. Note that YRG yoga is great stuff, but not identical to the YRG fitness program as exemplified by the videos.

    Two months ago we started the YRG fitness program, and the difference in our overall fitness level has improved greatly. Yes, there are different levels of routines, and you can modify a routine to meet your needs. Which I’ve had to do. I can’t do a push-up yet, because of a shoulder injury, but I can do a plank (push-up position), and even if I can never do a push-up, I simply do a plank for that part of the routine, and it strengthens me.

    As DDP says in the videos, “Make it your own!”
