  1. I have tried P 90 x and Insanity and both of those workouts are great. The only thing I didn’t like about them is the fact that they got really boring over time. I have also had troubles with my knee and foot from a running injury so I was really interested in finding a solution that was very low- impact. When I saw this offer to try a workout on a slide board I decided to give it a shot. I have to say that this program is every bit as effective as P 90 x and Insanity. It is honestly really enjoyable doing the workout because almost all of the movements are totally new and unique. The program forces your body to workout in planes that it has never experienced which causes some hardcore muscle shock without the strain on the joints.

    It is obvious Erin and Lacey have really put some research into the workout and each of the movements. Some programs, ( I won’t name any names) basically put a ripped instructor in front of the camera and lead you in doing jumping jacks and up downs till you want to throw up. Even though those programs can get you results, I always wonder why I paid money for something I could have done on my own. Lastly, I want to say that I REALLY appreciate the level of authenticity that permeates every aspect of the program. I am excited to see what kind of results I get.
