What is a Blake Blaster?

As shown in the infomercial Blake Blaster claims to be a revolutionary squat training device that promises to deliver rapid results to those hard to target areas of the body to reveal a perfectly toned, slim and svelte figure. When the makers claim that it is a smart, safe and easy to perform exercise device aiming to transform your shape no matter what, we have our doubts as we are yet to see any Blake Blaster reviews to be thoroughly convinced.

How does Blake Blaster work?

The Blake Blasters are resistance bands that claim to give you the perfect slim body that you’ve always desired. Weighing less than a pound, the makers claim that only three minutes of targeted exercises specific to your body needs can deliver results, especially if you are short on time. The transformation of your body into a lean toned shape is what the Blake Blasters so positively proclaim. As for the results, we are yet to see them as there are no Blake Blasters reviews to support such a tall claim.

Blake Blasters work on the hard to target areas such as the glutes, upper thighs and back of the legs that running on a treadmill or elliptical training does not provide. Not only does the wedge design deliver ideal results but it is also easier to carry in your tote, carryon luggage, or even a large handbag. Come to think of it, the Blake Blasters can become your gym on the move. Though such claims of Blake Blasters does sound very impressive, but does it really work that well is a question better left to Blake Blasters user reviews. Blake Blasters apparently helps you do perfect squats every time, irrespective of your age or fitness level. Moreover these exercises can be done by yourself and there is no need of a personal trainer at all. The makers convince us to use Blake Blasters 3-4 times a week to attain the body you have always wanted. Are these Blake Blasters really so effective? Blake Blasters reviews will have to confirm that for us.

The Blake Blasters also claims to focus on arms, back and shoulders. So along with the perfect squats and lunges, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that the Blake Blasters does give a thorough body workout along with cardio and strength benefits. The unit also features a 25 minute workout DVD that demonstrates how the device can effectively work on specific target areas of the body. All in all, the Blake Blasters training device does sound very promising at first look but we will need to verify these claims after we have seen the Blake Blasters user reviews.
