Bodylastics
Unique Features The Weider X-Factor is the total-body training system that attaches to any door. The unique design promotes explosive movements for a total-body workout. 200 lbs. of explosive resistance delivered through durable multi-tension power cords. Tower 200 will push your muscles to the max with over 200 exercises working arms, chest, shoulders, back, abs, and legs. Steel Frame construction. Tower 200 uses multi-tension Power Cords. These have an advantage over free weights because as you stretch them, they become more difficult to extend. This means you are placing more stress on the muscle at exactly the right time. Door Anchor
1. Hold the soft foam end by the door opening.
2. Place the foam end in between the door and door frame and shut the door
3. Open the loop on the end which comes through the door.
4. Thread the elastic through the loop – That’s it..you’re in!

Quick Clip System
Clip the elastic(s) on to the included handles and ankle straps. You can use the elastics individually or combine them to create up to 94 levels of tension (depending on the set that you purchase).

  • Recreate over 140 of the best gym exercises.
  • Offer Smoothest Resistance in its class.
  • Easy on the joints. Tough on the muscles.
  • Industry Leading Lifetime Warranty.

Resistance Exceeds over 210 lbs. of Hard-Core Progressive Resistance. 200 lbs of Total Resistance (two 25-pound cords, two 35-pound cords, and two 40-pound cords) Total 127 lbs of resistance. Bodylastics elastic resistance has a unique clip system so that any of the four elastics (included in the basic set) can be combined and substituted. Each elastic is a different thickness and therefore creates a different level of tension when you stretch it. Since any combination of elastics can be used, multiple levels of resistance can be created.

  1. I have Bodylastics and also have a friend that have the Tower 200, all I have to say is that after he tried my Bodylastycs system he stopped using Tower 200 and actually bought the Bodylastics system.

  2. I have the Bodylastics (Super Strong) System at home. In comparison to the other two products the bands are free and not fixed to any place like a door – but, and that’s the thing – you can do it also! The DVD doesn’t matter because on liveexercise.com you’ll find a (daily) video show specialized on groups requirements (teens, moms, super strongs, …). It’s easy to take this set with you (boy-/girlfriend, hotel…). Also with no other product if you’re buying some ropes, you can use the handles to make push ups or pull ups like you’re doing that with the THX System.
Conclusio: I would buy the Bodylastics System again instead of any other system (THX, Tower 200, Weider X factor) because I’m more free to do different exercises, have a lifetime membership and a lifetime warranty on the bands and the product quality (after 1 year in nearly daily use) is definetly amazing!

  3. Hi, nice comparison. I have the Bodylastics System for Super Strongs at home – and I really love it! There’s nothing left in comparison to the other two products. The thing is with Bodylast

    • Tower 200’s bands apparently aren’t very durable and can snap easily. Bodylastics’ is listed as elastic tubing, so it would be the same. X-Factor has the best quality cables.

      • Trust me I been using Bodylastics for a long time and they can’t snap easily(never had one snap). There is no other resistance bands out there that can compare to the quality of bodylastics plus they have the best customer service and lifetime warranty. liveexecercise.com Chiseled best body building workouts

        • Bodylastics are more durable than you think. I have 2 sets. The Strong man set I have has almost 250 lbs worth of resistance and is 2 years old. Ive replaced ankle straps and door anchors but never had a band break. They have been used extensively.

I have the mega resistance set that has almost 400 lbs or resistance with it. I use them almost daily. With the durability, challenge, warranty and liveexercise.com Bodylastics beats them all. The most expensive set they have is 140 bucks. You cannot beat bodylastics. Id even go so far as to say, if you buy the basic set you will be looking to get a bigger one soon, and if you buy the mega resistance set, unless you want to deadlift 500 lbs you wont ever need anything else.
