P90X – Injuries The exercises performed in the P90X workout program can be strenuous and arduous. These workouts may not be the right exercise for people who are overweight or those with a pre-existing injury. However, this program is a rage with many of its users even though it requires a change in lifestyle considering the duration of it. Users can do low impact versions of the exercises and slowly pace up to cope with the program. If done this way, the program can be safe and injury free. To prevent any kind of muscle and joint pain keeping the right posture is very important. The first few days can leave a person feeling sore. The safety and injury concern can be dealt with by adjusting pace and modifying the exercises according to your needs. The DVD calls for taking breaks, working at your best, modifying exercises, etc. If followed in the right manner, the risks associated with this program vs. going to a gym or following another program are the same; injuries occur when exercises are not performed in the right manner. The program goes thorough warm-ups, cool downs, and also explains how to modify the workout if it is difficult to follow. P90x is Harder The P90X Plyometrics may be a little too difficult to do. For the benefits you will have to push yourself and go at your own pace until your body adapts itself to the program. Get yourself a heart rate monitor to help you maintain your target zone. It will take some time for your body to get used to this program. When you find your heart rate is soaring, tone down your pace. You can alter your moves according to what you can do. After sometime, you will be able to complete the workout just like Tony in the video. To get maximum results, you will not only have to work intensely but also work according to your body’s capability level. The P90X exercise program can be really hard and trying and may get your heart pumping. You could develop swollen calves, thighs and hamstrings but this is one workout for transformation. Share it with others, click here to expose P90X The Rack – Flimsy Assembly of The Rack is easy but some of the pieces of The Rack may be slightly bent, making it difficult to align the holes for the bolt on the right side of the frame. Even though it works the unbalanced asymmetry created by the slightly bent frame poses a risk. It is a bit flimsy and will probably be useless within two years. The machine is rusty on the inside. The Rack – Poor Construction The owner’s manual of the Pro Model of The Rack shows it to have solid, skate like wheels but what you get is a plastic wheel that breaks very easily. The fittings are bent, often misaligned and hence are bound to break sooner. The Rack is poorly constructed and the parts used in it can be quite flimsy. There have been instances of the product breaking during assembly. The nut welded to the wheel assembly is particularly dodgy and can fall apart as you fix the red knobs on the wheel. The bent parts in The Rack Workout Station makes assembly a difficult task as you are not able to align the holes for bolting. It can lead to unbalanced symmetry when you use the product, which can be quite irritating. It’s also found to be a bit rusted on the inside, an indication that the product might not last long. The protective caps fall off quite easily too. The Rack – Same results with cheaper tools The Rack is not worth wasting your money on because you can get the same results with a desk chair and a set of old roller skates.
