The Rack

The Rack is a fitness device developed by Owen McKibbin that transforms into three body sculpting positions namely standing, bench, and flat. It gives you results by working out for less than 30 minutes a day.

It uses zone progression training exercises moving from one exercise to another. It is constructed with 30 pounds of solid steel. The Rack is perfect for upper body exercises like tricep dips, shoulder presses, elevated pushups, bicep curls, and extreme pull-ups to get you a ripped upper body, for core area exercises like reverse ab crunches, double leg ab crunches, and scissor kicks, and for lower body exercises like power squats and one leg press squats.

The Rack is easily foldable making it easy to store and easily portable. It is also very easy to assemble with the 2 wrenches that come with it. Simply screw in 4 bolts, attach the washers and another 4 bolts and you’re done.

JackRack is fun and not complicated. It is a whole body workout, and focuses on strengthening the core. JackRack cannot cater to the demand they have created. Delivery of the products takes months. There are many instances where people have not received their JackRack for months together. Customer service is of no use too.

    The Rack Reviews

Flimsy Some parts of The Rack are bent, making it difficult to align the holes for the bolt on the side of the frame. It is flimsy and rusty on the inside. Sometimes the protective plastic caps may even fall off the frame. Poor Construction The Rack is poorly constructed. It has a plastic wheel that breaks easily. The fittings are bent, often misaligned and therefore prone to breakage. Same Results with Cheaper Tools You can get the same results with a desk chair and a set of old roller skates. Not Aligned Properly, Poor Customer Service There have been instances of the pins not working properly and when opened it looks bent out of shape. If you order from Canada you have to pay $45 from UPS brokerage fee and that’s regular shipping. Even if you tell them you don’t want UPS they still send it sent it UPS. Assembly Problem The Rack may sometimes even break while being assembled.
