Compare Reviews/Advantages/Pros

Tapout XT

Results come if you follow useful strategies Simple things like using your knees instead of wrists, putting powder on ankle band to stop it from shriveling up, using extra, harder band for bicep work etc have to be followed to ensure that you keep working out and get results too. Workouts never get boring And that’s one of the major advantages of this product and helps it score over other fitness products in the market. And the fact that you get results as you expect, motivates you to keep working at it. Workout DVDs are easy to follow You can get a hang of workouts easily and there is a lot of variety in them, which makes them suitable for people of various age groups and different fitness levels.

P90X

It’s a comprehensive workout Those who don’t have the time of the day to go to the gym will love the diverse elements in this workout; there’s plenty of strength training to look forward to. DVDs are a gem There’s no annoyance of the instructor talking over the workout as you only hear it when the next exercise is up. Music can be chosen according to your preference or you can opt for no music and concentrate on a solid workout at home. No worry of plateaus This workout gives consistent results and you can get through those plateau periods through carefully worked out routines and Nutrition plan that suit your needs to the T. A workout to radically transform your body There are workout programs and there’s P90X, which can make a dramatic difference to your body by mixing things up with different types of workouts that bring you sensational results.

P90X2

The workout here is very well structured so that you know what you are doing every day. You get two much deserved rest days during the week and can get into the shape of your life. These training methods have their roots in science, which make them so challenging for your body. It keeps things exciting with things like Yoga involved instead of boring cardio workouts and yet you still manage to sweat. It’s a brilliant workout at home and you don’t need a lot of equipment either. Videos have options for people with different fitness levels, which is an advantage and they also contain modifications without any equipment. There are three week phases that lead to the next three weeks and you don’t struggle with difficult exercises. You are informed about the reasoning behind the workout that can be done at home in 10x10 space. Taking P90X to another level While P90X might have been revolutionary, it can also miss some muscles in your body, which are taken care of here. Slow controlled motion and holding core contractions work wonders and you start feeling good about the workout in a short span of time. Yet it’s not the same thing It would have been very easy for the makers to keep repeating the techniques used in its predecessor, but that’s not a case here at all. P90X and P90X2 build on each other but it’s not the same thing repeated over and over in the loop, which is exciting for users. Bringing all-important variety to workouts Plyo Ball, Foam Roller and Medicine Balls have their advantages and they also add a lot of variety to the fitness routine. This workout routine has its benefits when it comes to core strength, balance and stretching, which is just what many users are looking for. The workout keeps you motivated and high on energy as results follow. Results can be outstanding You have to be careful about not writing off this product too soon because you can’t expect P90X; it takes the game to a much higher level. And it requires you to be aware of your body so that you can get maximum advantages from this program.

Compare Complaints/Disadvantages/Cons

Tapout XT

Novice’s mistakes galore That’s a common complaint about this product because stretches are done too quickly; anyone remotely into fitness will say that it’s a strict no-no. The instructor seems quite clueless in parts, which makes you wonder about the authenticity of this program in the first place. Workouts are too difficult to follow It’s very tricky to keep up with the routines that you find on the DVD and you will need a lot of getting used to. Things are more difficult for those who are not in the best shape and will need some modifications, which are not mentioned in the DVD. Nutrition Plan sucks It basically allows you two meals a day, which is almost like starvation and it can only have negative impact on your body. Risk to wrists You have to do pushups the old fashioned way and that can take a toll on your wrists. Capal Tunnel problems might also be caused in some cases, which is avoidable.

P90X

You are on your own if DVDs are defective And that’s a complaint that one hears a lot about this product. Many DVDs have turned out to be defective but they don’t get replaced unless they are bought directly from Beachbody, which is obviously not the case in many instances. Many disappointments To begin with packaging is tacky and the instruction books are vague. The workout itself comprises of mainly pushups and pull-ups for chest and shoulders, which is quite boring. The form of exercises is tricky to follow and might be better suited for youngsters or those who are already into fitness. Tony Horton Talks too much about a product that doesn’t deliver The constant jabber of the instructor gets annoying after a point, especially when you still can’t follow the incredibly difficult workouts. All you are worried about is injuring yourself, which you simply don’t want.

P90X2

P90X to another level? Not That’s what this product is sold as and that’s one of the biggest complaints about it; P90X may have worked, this one doesn’t because the exercises are just not intense or effective. You don’t even break a sweat, forget sculpting your body. Fails on many levels There are no effective AB workouts because AB Ripper X2 doesn’t cut it. Warm ups are way too long and can get boring. Strenuous workout That’s not only difficult to follow but can lead to drastic injuries. Cheap manipulations Once you start using the product you realize that it has been designed to make you buy expensive accessories. You also don’t get two DVDs with this workout; it’s certainly not value for your money.
