Stonewell does come with its own set of drawbacks that you have to counter. The coating on the inside of the pan is thin which makes it possible that it’ll wear off gradually. There may be cracks if you take the hot pan and put immediately under water for cleaning, so you need to wait while it cools, which itself takes a bit long. If it is used under a dishwasher the life of the pan might diminish. Sometimes the heat at the bottom of the pan also turns it black. Another issue with Stonewell is its rather heavy weight, which can act as a constraint. The pricing of the Stonewell cookware is also at a higher side.

Stoneline cookware, though made of durable materials, cannot be washed in a dishwasher. The cookware cooking surface is not made of 100% stone. You can clean it only with by hand with a nylon brush or scotch brite, which tends to consume your time in the kitchen. The nonstick properties of the pan do diminish gradually. The coating of the cooking surface is very thin. And the coating on the inside of the pan and around the top edges starts to peel off. Stoneline cannot be used on very high heat. Also, Stoneline is priced on the higher end. It is also available in only one color, which tends to wear off and hence it’s not advisable not to it use in a dishwasher.
