Ronco Ready Grill Pros and Cons

Not enough power – Greta who reviewed Ronco Ready Grill complained in her review that it is nowhere close to being as powerful as it claims to be. In fact she had problems melting cheese with it, which was a let-down. She also complained about the size of the vertical grill, which was small and that meant it can cook food only for a couple of people at a time.

Doesn’t live up to expectations – Suzanne who bought Ronco Ready Grill exposed in her review that she was a victim of believing in the hype of the grill because it is nothing like it’s made out to be. She believes it’s just like your regular grill but the problem is that it takes longer to cook with it than your regular stove. She was also disappointed that it is not really as big as it looks in the infomercial. But her biggest issue with the grill was that the handle of the grill basket melted after a few uses. That is a disaster waiting to happen and according to her, a very big safety risk.



Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler Pros and Cons

Not executed well – Selena who bought Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler complained in here review that though it has some useful features, the idea behind the griddler hasn’t been executed well at all. The biggest problem is that even if you take best care of the non-stick plates the coating starts coming off. There are several such small issues with it, which make her believe that the manufacturers have taken a few short cuts and that has led to a rather cheap product.

Thermostat doesn’t work well – Alan who used Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler revealed in his review that the main issue he had was the thermostat beginning to cool off once it gets to the desired temperature. It meant that the cooking plates started cooling off too and the food doesn’t cook well. Although the thermostat kick starts after a few minutes, the damage is done. He also complained about the big temperature difference between the plates when it’s used as a large griddle and that leads to food being cooked at different times.
