Vitamix Professional 750 : Yes it does. It is identical to the Vitamix 7500 in features and specs.

Verdict : All the 3 emulsifiers are on par when it comes to making smoothies, but the difference is Nutribullet Rx heats up the smoothies and has a burning taste and smell while the Vitamix 750 and 7500 blenders do not. Plus Vitamix is a reputed brand. Vitamix models are a clear winner.

BUT some users have complained that the soups made in Nutribullet Rx have a strong burn smell and taste. Many customers have complained of soups being bubbly. Also most users cannot stand the noise of the 7-minute cycle.

Vitamix 7500 and Vitamix Professional 750 : No problem whatsoever in making variety of soups. However the soups made in Vitamix 7500 is thick and VERY HOT. Though some customers claim it to be loud but takes just 6 minutes to make soups.

  1. I have the Nutribullet RX and have never experienced the burning smell or taste you mentioned. Is it possible the ones who made that claim ran the machine for too long or did long cycles back to back? I feel bad that people might leave this article thinking the Nutribullet RX has an issue with heating when it doesn’t if you follow the directions provided. It also does self-cleaning the same way Vitamix can; by adding warm water and a drop of dish soap and running a short cycle. Then rinse the soap out. Easy! So far, in my experience, the Nutribullet RX does everything that recipes ask Vitamix to do, for a fraction of the cost. Thank you for this post. You have the perfect information to help a confused consumer decide. I found this article after I made my purchase on a leap of faith. Your detailed comparison + my own experience make me sure I made a good choice! Many thanks!

  2. So very glad that I checked for the comparisons ! I’ve had a Vitamix for many years and have never had any problems with it. And when my 2 sons’ were still young they used my *original series Bullet* – which they loved and I often used it for just small stuff.
After viewing an infomercial on the new NutriBulletRx last night… I just had to see what the comparisons are.
Also viewed some a “comments”/review page (on a different site) and seen a LOT of complaints of leakage from the NutriBulletRx.
    Thank-you for your info.
