Wobbly: Fluidity Bar isn’t strong enough to stand firmly. It is quite shaky, bends and doesn’t seem secure and sturdy.

Not evenly tightened Fluidity Bar isn’t tightened evenly from the side bars to the bottom. It shakes when used and so does not feel safe. It can’t be used in different positions as it may crash and hurt you.

DVDs not up to the mark The Fluidity Bar DVDs don’t show challenging exercises. Some may find them boring or a bit difficult.

Exercise bar not perfect Some exercises may be difficult to perform due to the weight and type of the bar.

Inferior quality parts Some parts of the equipment like the mat and cover May not turn out to be of good quality.

The Bar Method Reviews and Complaints

Don’t get me wrong, I am still a fan of the Bar Method! BUT, if you’re looking to really shed the pounds, this isn’t the place.

If you’re already in shape and want to tighten, gain flexibility, etc. then sign on up! Unfortunately, most people who pay $200 per month for a “gym” membership want it to be full-service, but there’s no way you’ll lose body fat consistently at BM unless you’re doing cardio on the side. For me personally, I don’t want to pay $200/mo for a “part” of my workout regimen! I got great results in the beginning, but after another month passed by I had plateued. I knew my muscles were strong underneath the fat I had, but that didn’t make me look any better in a bikini! So to lower my bodyfat percentage, I ended up joining a bootcamp in Daly City called O2BodyFit, and I’ve since lost 20 of the 30lbs I wanted to lose! If you can afford to pay for your BM membership AND a gym membership where you can get some cardio in (or just run/bike on your own time), or you have no weight to lose, only inches, then BM is the place for you! The teachers, staff, and fellow students are fantastic. However, if you’re looking to lose weight and you want to be able to do it in an efficient one-stop-shop type of way…look elsewhere.

This class was hard! I consider myself in good shape and go to the gym 3 times a week and bust out a ton of cardio as well. My body was shaking so hard I could hardly stand at one point. Unfortunately, both my friend and I agreed that it was very pricey and would get boring rather rapidly. Also they say to get all the benefits and to change your body completely you have to attend 3 – 5 classes per week consistently for a couple of years! At that price…who can afford it. I think I’ll stick to the gym and yoga.



Cardio Barre Reviews and Complaints

Some of the moves suggested by Cardio Barre are very difficult and it provides a lot of room for growth. Also, the quality of the music provided in the DVD is not of high standard. The video is called “Ultimate Advanced”- yet, the title screen reads “Advanced Ultimate”. While some features are useful, others need to be addressed instantly.
