Not happy with your product at all. Real upset, was sold as easy to install easy to use, it is not workin. Clear tv key is a joke. I am not laughing.

I ordered a Perfecter with Bonuse Buy One Get One. My check was cashed on 12.23.15. Today is 1.4.16 and I am still waiting for it. I do not have a conformation number as I paid by check. There is no telephone number I can call to check up on when it shipped. If I don’t receive the product by 1.8.16 I will cancel my check .

Also theyare not even in the USA, barley can speak English I can,t understand them.. I was under the impression that they were going to send me a return label.I’ve called so many times…they are thieves, and liars….
