I ordered mine like 2 weeks ago and I just re-checked their website and clear at the bottom it says they’re going to keep sending you products like every 2 months and they keep charging your account. If I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered the product.
I have a question. I’ve been using the Perfect Skin products for a few days now & was wondering if anyone else has experienced burning around the nose area & cheeks once they have applied the moisturizer?
I purchased the Perfect Skin Product after reading raving reviews. What I didn’t know is they were going to charge my account for the 60 day supply before I really had a chance to try the product. I called immediately after they charge my account 20 days after having the product and I was told well we have it on the website your account would be charge 20 days later. He lied! I printed out my confirmation for one, and went back to the website to see if I overlooked something. It wasn’t anything there! So he told me I would get 50% refund and once they receive the product back, I would get the remaining 50%. The refund was supposed to be received in 24 to 72 hours. A week later after not receiving my refund, a 2nd person told me, no it’s 5 to 7 business days. Well, here I am a month later and haven’t received a penny. So I called and the Rep said, well it’s showing pending…my response was it better not be showing pending a whole month later, let me speak to the manager. He wasn’t any better than the Reps, he told me well it usually takes 7 to 10 business days at the least, I’m not sure why you haven’t received it, but upper management takes care of the credit card charges. My response was, well you need to transfer me to upper management . He couldn’t even do that much. He told me that someone would give me a call back once he escalated it. The 2nd person told me she escalated it. Seems as though someone is lying somewhere along the line. I am so unhappy with these people at this point. My next step was to file a claim with my bank because they charge my account before they should had in the first place. So now, they will have to deal with my bank and they for certain will not get away with it!
Same thing happened to me and I am still fighting them for two refunds they owe me since the end of February. Funny thing is, I went to try and look on their website for reviews of this product; they do not even have one. Well they do, but only good ones. I have cancelled with them I have no idea how many times and was promised a refund several times. One person would say one thing and then another person would tell me something totally different. They owe me about $160. I did file a dispute with my bank and I am fixing to follow up with it tomorrow. They have poor customer service and they are a bunch of snobs. They a suppose to representing one of the most famous names and ones I do admire; but right now that is fading fast. I know it is not the Kardashins fault, but their product is suppose to represent who they are. I am starting to wonder now how money hungry these people are. I guess enough to take our money from us. Anyhow, I know I am just ranting on. But clearly I know how you are feeling right now. I am having a rough time getting my money back that it is a headache. I will never order from them again ever. They are the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

Well I’ve been using the product and I’m happy. For those who ordered via web and say you didn’t know about future shipments its a lie. Before you enter any credit card info it tells u your getting a new shipment in 30 days, and nowhere does it say its an acne product, its meant to bring balance to skin. Okay I ordered Perfect Skin October 20th and I got free shipping, and I got in on October 25th. I had only read great reviews and after I got it so quickly I thought, hey, this is going to be as good as they advertised it to be. But I was wrong. When I first started using Perfect Skin but acne wasn’t horrible, I would get the occasional breakouts on my chin every once in a while (usually around my time of the month) but I figured I would still try it to see if it could fight past my hormonal break outs. Let me just say, after 2 MONTHS of using this I have NEVER had such bad acne. It made my face break out almost instantly, but I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and the whole “it gets worse before it gets better.”
I have also heard it takes about a 3 weeks to a month to really truly start working so I thought I would give it time. Well I was wrong. I don’t pick at my face, so when a pimple would appear on my face (which was about every morning) I would just wash my face and put the mask on hoping it would help. It never ever did. Long story short. I have the worst acne of my life and I have terrible scarring because of this product. I will never use this again. And I hope you don’t either.
PS; they never over charged me and were never late on the product shipping. But that’s beyond the point because this product flat out sucks!

There’s a lot of people saying this Perfect Skin Now is a scam. However I’ve been using perfect skin for over a month and honestly my skins cleared up and looks Better than before. I’ve had a good experience and in my opinion, perfect skin is the best skin care system I used. As for customer service I had an issue when I first ordered they charged my account but it was just a check to see if the account info you give them is real. And they never actually took the amount they supposedly charged. I love perfect skin and will continue to use it. I’m not writing to try and make like its a good product, I do use it and even though I live in Hawaii I have no problem with the shipping and actually I Judy got my two month supply today along with a free sample of perfume.
I will never ever say anything good about this product again. I ordered this Perfect Skin in September, did not get it till OCTOBER 22, was using it for 2 weeks with more breakouts than ever before, then one day I was checking my bank account and I had an $87 dollar charge from Perfect Skin, so I called them to find out what the hell was going on, they said I was automatically enrolled in the membership and that charge was for my next shipment. When I told the girl I had only used the product for 2 weeks and was not ready for another shipment she responded that they charge your card early because it takes a long time for the product to get to you and they don’t want you to run out. Ok so that maybe makes sense but after 2 weeks I was def not ready to commit to more, so I told the girl to cancel the order and give me my money back. THAT EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ME. I ordered the product after watching the commercials, and I love the Kardashians so I decided to try it (the $29) I got an email right after I ordered saying that they were out of stock and it will be a few weeks before I get my order, so I called to cancel. Then she proceeded to inform me that I HAVE TO PAY to ship the product back. Are you joking? You charge me triple what I paid the first time and now I have to pay for your mistake. She said that whoever I spoke with the first time to cancel my order, apparently didn’t cancel my subscription (why they charge you for the most expensive product, I don’t know) but I told her to cancel my subscription because this was ridiculous and then she said that after I get my product (in 7 days) and ship it back, I should receive a refund on my account between 5-7 days from shipping it back. 2 WEEKS TO GET A REFUND. This definitely is not how I wanted to start my Wednesday. I will never order this product again.
Also, the company Perfect Science Labs, LLC, who is the actual company behind the product is not listed with the BBB so that tells you what kind of credibility they have!!!! And the complaints are even on their very own websites!! They need to take some accountability!
This is the biggest scam ever! A die hard Kardashian fan with dry skin like Kim, I ordered it with next day shipping. When 2 days went by I tried to call customer service and guess what the number was no longer I service. I had to track them down via the net for I had already paid for the product. I was told they didn’t know what happened to my shipment and tried to tell me that they didn’t receive the payment until I informed them of the detailed transaction via my bank. Then I was told I would be charged again plus now an additional $20.00 for shipping! Get out of here, I should have listened to my mother and went to my big sister for skincare advice, she’s an actual model with amazing skin. Lesson learned

I was not at all happy with the “results” of the 3 product line. I felt that it was as if I was using nothing new. No good results. At first Right after you use the product your face feels nice and refreshed but after an hour it was really oily and just like I hadn’t used anything.
On the Plus side, the four little sponges they put with the product are great! Very cool and should be sold in stores. I would pass on this product, sadly

Have you heard of DDF Skin Care? I bought some DDF Benzoperoxide an it worked amazing. It actually works better then prescriptions I would get from my doctor. DDF is sold on there website and on http://www.sephora.com, DDF has a 3 step system. Clinique is a great product 2! I’ve used clinique for years. Proactiv is crap. I’ve used it an they said it would take a few months for it to work, it burnt my skin and broke my face out way worse then wut it was.

I ordered the Perfect Skin in the beginning of August for $29.95 and received two shipments of it on September 1st where they charged me $95.84 in total before I even received the product to try it. They are now saying that they are giving refunds for everyone that received both supplies with in a couple of days and the management is suppose to call me?
