Mine broke before I could really see results. I bought from eBay and didn’t get the guarantee form off. I didn’t mind the smell though.

Hi, I am looking for a hair removal like No! No! but better one. I am not to comfortable with As seen on tv products. Can someone suggest me a better alternative?

This NONO Hair REmoval does NOT work!

The ad reads:
100% Risk-Free 60 Day Trial.

They said on their web page:
If you use the product for the full 60 days and you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason, that they will give you a refund for the full amount including postage and shipping.

Early on I called them to return the product. they said I couldn’t return it at that time and I would have to wait until the 60 days had been completed as required to fulfill the risk-free trial/refund.

So I waited, and called. their response was that (because I was “Just over” the 60 days) they need to pull my phone recorded conversation to review it, and that I would have to call them back in 5-7 days to get their response.

I am Not happy. Ugh. If the product was as great as they say, they should stand behind it and want happy customers. I am very disappointed with their product and their company tactics.

My family couldn’t stand it; the stench from burning hair drove them out of the house. What’s up with them saying and showing you on their ads that it can be used on the face….. but the packaging says you cannot? How can you use it for 60 days and call them before the 60 days is up? I’m not impressed with their PR dept.

DON’T BE SCAMMED BY THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! And don’t believe their triple 60 day guarantee!! The product does not work & the company ignores your complaints until they make sure that the 60 days have expired. Even following the directions to the “T” & using the product faithfully I experienced no reduction in hair growth AT ALL! All I noted was ingrown hairs & irritated skin. And customer service!? There isn’t any! Worst company ever!

The No No is not LASER, it only burns the hair and is a very expensive lighter, it smells bad because it burns the hair and maybe your skin if you don’t use it on only flat surfaces. It takes long time to burn the hair and sadly, it grows as fast as if you had use a razor. The only thing that I liked is the black board that is like a sand and smooths the skin. You can buy a set of those for the face and arms for $9.99 at any store. Don’t waist your money on this fraudulent laser device, is thermal and works with heat.
