I have no idea why all these negative comments. Maybe it is just certain dryers that have a problem. I do alot of wash and mine was fine for well over 4mos. EVERY time I used this product it worked wonderfully. As for not getting shipping charges reimbursed, Why pay shipping charges at all when you can purchase practically anywhere. Of course people charge a fortune to ship, have you ever ordered anything else online that they charge $3.00 to ship. I do alot of online shipping as well and I NEVER pay $3.00 for shipping unless you have a coupon or special MOST places charge a ton.

Stuffing started coming out of Mr. Steamy. Told to mail it back to them and I would get a replacement, which I never received. Called them and left my name and mailing address with women with whom I spoke. Still never received a replacement. Forget about it. Not worth the time or money. I bought mine at Bed, Bath and Beyond and did not have to pay any shipping charges so not a great loss but a big nuisance.

The Mister steamy is a complete waste of money!! Do Not Buy! makes a lot of noise and the clothes come out as wrinkled as entered!!

An iron? Hang your clothes on a hanger when they did half a circle of drying and when they come out steaming and hot…close buttons, zippers etc…let nature do the rest…and fold everything with patience…I do not have an Iron in the house, I do not need an Iron. I will accept the view leftover wrinkles in my clothes, just as I accept a view wrinkles in my live…live with it!

This Mister Steamy Dryer Ball is completely useless and a total waste of money. It is made from had plastic that is uncomfortably noisy as it clunks around in your dryer and it will dent the drum if you are strong enough to use it anyway. Furthermore, it does not do what it advertises. Stay clear of this item!
