    • I ordered four of the “swifty sharp” knife sharpners as gifts. Upon trying out one it became clear that the whole concept of these things (they certainly aren’t knife sharpners) is a fraud.
      Please send me instructions on how to return all four on the “things” and recieve a full refund of the purchase.

  2. I purchased your Pocket Hose and used it less than 2 months before it exploded while I was watering. I understand that you guarantee this product and I recovered my sales receipt from the store which has the purchase date 4/15/17. I attempted to return it to the store where it was purchased, however; I was informed their policy is no refunds after 30 days. I would like my money back since it appears from the numerous comments and reviews of others who have purchased this item, that the product has the propensity to explode/burst during use and replacement would not be an alternative option to resolve this matter when defective parts/materials are still present in the manufactured product. I would appreciate your attention to your guarantee of the item. Thank you.

This is nothing but a scam and they don’t even put a real person on the phone and they try to sell you other stuff with automatic voice that tells you all this stuff and not what they are charging you and tell you that you can send it back but they don’t tell you that you have to pay shipping and handling until you get the credit on your account without the shipping and it don’t cost as much with the post office and I will report it to the tv station about the rip off and the better business bureau.

I bought a pocket hose a few mo.ago,used it About 4 times before it burst right in the middle,I no longer have box or receipt,the store I bought it from of course won’t help,so am I out of this money?what else can I do? I went on all the bad reviews page and was surprised on how many people had the same problem,I could not eaven write a review the page would not work kept on going blank,Is there a place I can send this back to get a new one at least? So Dissapointed it sounded like a great product when I bought it.

    • THE STORE THAT SOLD TO YOU IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR REFUND….not their supplier. Their supplier if THEIR OWN problem, not yours. Take the bastards to Consumer Affairs in your state and they can be wound up and fined. These pigs are thieves…ONLY and they sell the worst Chinese garbage they can find.

  26. Bought 2 “pocket hoses” this summer and both of them are broke. Sprung leaks. They didn’t even last a whole summer. Had a 50ft and a 25ft. What a ripoff. How can I get my money back???

  27. Have bought 3 of your hoses & all three have broken in one form or another! Really was hoping that this product would work due to the light weight…. is wonderful First of the hoses, the material at the attachment to the water supply split. The second of hoses, the plastic at the water supply split. The third of hoses; once again; at the water supply, a bubble was created.

    I really expected more from this product with all the hoopla that was promoted!!!

    I have returned all the hoses & have gone back to “normal” hoses that I can rely on….even if they’re heavy!
