Plus: Very fast shipping. Received my 2 bracelets in under a week.
Minuses: Bracelet is basically a heavy rubber(neoprene?) band with a stainless steel catch. How can that do ANYTHING like the claims they make?

Shipping in EXPENSIVE. There is no point in returning the bracelets for refund, since they pocket the “Shipping and Handling.” They charged more than $15.00 shipping for 2 bracelets (one “free”). Actual shipping cost was $1.86.

OMG! I fell for this scam as well….four calls to customer service and $100 from my account later…and I’m still fighting with them! What a rip off and the kicker…the product is CRAP!! Please, if you’re reading this DO NOT ORDER from this company. They will rape you for every cent they can. I canceled on my first order in the same call because back-order was 8 weeks. Rep said, OK, it’s canceled. Then I receive a shipment a few weeks later. I called back, oh, yes, ma’am it’s canceled – Then I got ANOTHER shipment! Now they’re telling me I can’t cancel once the order is placed and I have to call back the next day to cancel… SCAM! I’ve never been so angry and dissatisfied with a company before.

I ordered the Fushigi ball on Aug. 4. It said it would take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery…….well it’s been over 4 weeks now and it’s nowhere in sight.I was more than a little irritated as I ordered it for my daughter’s birthday party (Sept. 6). I can now (finally) track the package…..it was in one town for 6 days. I guess they used the “FedEx” slower than a snail delivery option….although they charged a delivery fee that should have gotten it here in about 4 days. I think they are a scam, and when(if) I get the ball, I won’t even THINK about sending it back. I would probably have to wait a year to receive my refund ….. less the shipping/handling charges. DON’T ORDER THIS !!!!!! I’m sure there’s something just a good or better in your local hobby shop( or on Amazon or Ebay). Don’t fall for this.

A little disappointed in the results. I bought the kit, I had only 2 fish hatch, one has disappeared so I presume it has died. The other one seems to be doing OK, I have been feeding it the brine shrimp hoping the one makes it.

I have noticed a difference in one area in particular – a knee that I had surgery on in Feb this year. The bracelet removed the inflammation which had caused me excruciating pain on a daily basis. I have only had the bracelets about 2 weeks. Shipping ABSOLUTELY took way longer than expected and I paid additional for EXPRESS SHIPPING. I know that it has helped my blood flow & if nothing else I’m grateful for that & a stronger knee.
